We infuse our OASIS Ultra vodka with locally sourced Coachella Valley dates over a period of several months, then after a complex filtering process, add a hint of the warming spice cassia.

Something completely new! Batch distilled, date flavored vodka, with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We hope you will enjoy its rich taste as much as we do and then perhaps create a delicious unique cocktail!

Why we made this

We wanted to create an exciting 21st Century spirit, while celebrating the iconic fruit of the date palms which surround us in Palm Springs and throughout the Coachella Valley.

Ways to enjoy

An incredibly flexible and unique spirit. Ideal to savor by the pool, to sip in the evening, or even enjoy for desert!

Date & Soda: Simply pour over ice in a tall glass and top up with soda water.

Date & Espresso Martini: Mix with a shot of strong coffee, shake with ice and pour into a martini glass.

Date Affogato: For an easy "desert dessert", just drizzle over vanilla ice cream for a delicious end to your meal.
