Each is created with the singular purpose of helping you make great cocktails, using modern techniques which reflect the style and innovation of our mid-century architecture, which also embraced a rejection of tradition, experimentation with new materials, and a focus on functionality.

Steve Arnold
A decade ago, Steve’s imagination was sparked by the experience of a single cocktail made with sichuan peppercorns in Sydney, Australia.
It was the unexpected tingling sensation of the peppercorns in the cocktail that piqued his interest, making him wonder what it would be like to infuse spirits with the noteworthy properties of specific botanicals. Inspired by that experience, Steve decided to build his own distillery to craft unique spirits that showcase a thoughtfully curated collection of flavors.
After learning how to distill in Europe, he sought out the most modern distilling equipment on the market to be at the heart of the first distillery in Palm Springs.
As a design leader at Google, Steve is in the business of translating ideas into elegant solutions. He leads the development of our unique spirits and as the designer of our packaging and steward of our brand, he crafts all aspects of our customer experience.

Tony Lee
Tony’s obsession with English breakfasts, afternoon teas, and the perfect pre-dinner gin and tonic are grounded in his British heritage.
A Masters in Physics from Oxford built his analytical skills, which were then honed in the research laboratory. A career change to consumer electronics and multiple executive roles, including over a decade at Apple, added sales and marketing expertise.
Now, starting a third career as a Certified Craft Distiller and Master Distiller, he has added the technical knowledge to create unique, high-quality spirits which he hopes you enjoy.
