Very smooth flavor profile with a slight underlying sweetness. Silky mouthfeel and a slight warmth on the finish.

Why we made this

The breathtaking beauty of the crystal clear night sky, here in the desert, inspired us to craft a vodka which was just as crisp on the palette. To create this experience we use 21st Century technology here in Palm Springs to slowly and precisely distill in small batches from corn-based Grain Neutral Spirits.

The care and precision of our distilling process delivers an excellent vodka for sipping neat, or for mixing in cocktails where its delicate natural sweetness enhances the other flavors without overpowering them.
