Alcohol Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders containing alcohol are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

Federal and state regulations strictly govern the sale and transport of alcohol:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol from our store.

  • Adult Signature on Delivery: An adult who is at least 21 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the package upon delivery by UPS.

  • No Drops / No Leaving Packages: UPS will NOT leave packages containing alcohol unattended on porches, doorsteps, or with minors under any circumstances.

Tip: We strongly recommend shipping your order to a business address or a location where an adult (21+) will be available to sign during standard daytime delivery hours.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments

UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts before holding the package at a nearby UPS Customer Center or returning it to us.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or lack of an adult signature (21+), original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A re-shipping fee will apply if you request the order to be resent.

Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

Due to varying state alcohol carrier laws and UPS regulations:

  • No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO: We cannot ship alcohol to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. A physical street address is required.

  • State Restrictions: We can only ship alcohol to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is legally permitted. If your state is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Speeds

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, destination, and the chosen UPS service level.

  • UPS Ground: [e.g., 3–5 business days]

  • UPS 3 Day Select / 2nd Day Air: [e.g., 2–3 business days]

  • UPS Next Day Air: [e.g., 1 business day]

Note: Weather holds may occasionally apply during periods of extreme temperature (extreme heat or freezing conditions) to protect the quality of your product.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.
